Apply Spectracide Weed & Feed 20-0-0 during the growing season when weeds are actively growing. Thoroughly water your lawn one to two days before treating, but avoid watering within 24 hours after applying for best results. If certain tough weeds are not dead within three weeks, spot treat. The time required to empty the bottle may vary, but it typically takes about 20 minutes, depending on water pressure.
