Zep Wasp & Hornet Killer

Wasps: For best results, spray the nest in the early morning or late evening when insect activity is minimal. Stand a safe distance from the nest and not directly underneath it. Hold the can upright and point the spray opening towards the nest, with the wind at your back. Spray until the nest is thoroughly saturated to kill the entire nest population. The residual action will also kill any wasps returning to the nest. Wait at least 24 hours before removing the nest.

Yellow Jackets: Yellow Jackets build their nests in the ground, dead tree stumps, railroad ties, walls, or similar structures. During daylight hours, closely watch them to determine the location of the nest entrance. Wait until dusk or early morning when the insects are at rest, then spray for about 1-2 seconds or until the surfaces are moist.

Hornets: Unless you can clearly see the opening at the bottom of the hornets' nest, never use a hornet spray on the nest, as the hornets may escape and attack you. Hornets usually make their nests in trees, shrubs, and under eaves. During daylight hours, determine the location of the nest entrance. Wait until dusk or early morning when the insects are at rest, then direct the spray into the entrance hole. As the hornets fall out, continue spraying until no more are visible or the can is empty. Leave the area immediately.

Avoid using this product on shingles and vinyl siding, as it may cause damage. Do not spray on trees, shrubs, ornamental plants, or grass. If the spray contacts these surfaces, rinse them immediately with water.
